Why We're Closing
Dream PC has decided to cease trading due to the ever-changing market of pricing and component availability. From the disruptions of COVID, through the crypto-mining boom, and now the massive demand driven by AI — the landscape for building custom PCs has shifted in ways that are no longer sustainable for a boutique builder like us.
All orders have been fulfilled. Nobody has been left high and dry. Every PC that was ordered has been built and delivered. We made sure of that before making this decision.
Warranty & Support
Warranty support will be honoured. While Dream PC cannot directly provide hardware warranties, our ex-staff have kindly offered to assist with email support, labour for warranty repairs, and to facilitate hardware returns to the relevant component manufacturers.
If you need to make a warranty claim, please reach out and we will help coordinate the process with the relevant supplier or manufacturer.

No further sales or paid services are offered. No purchasable service or support is available transactionally. This is not a transition to a new business model — Dream PC is genuinely closing its doors.

We served, advised, and assisted good people with getting the right fit computers for their needs over the years. Thousands of PCs built — for gaming, browsing, video editing, science, research, and many weird and wonderful hobbies, interests, and tinker projects you had going on.
It has truly been a pleasure.
